Our club currently has 27 members with diverse ages, backgrounds and professions all sharing the common goal of improving on presentation, leadership skills and speaking in public. Membership is open to everyone and guests are more than welcome to come along to enjoy the Toastmasters experience in order to get a feel for becoming a member of a Toastmasters club.
When do we meet?
We meet every second Wednesday from 8:00pm -10:00pm in Brú Columbanus, Wilton Cork. The comfortable meeting room has state of the art facilities. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided during the break in the middle of the meeting. After the meeting we often adjourn to the Wilton Bar for refreshments. How much does it cost?
The 2010/2011 membership year runs from 8th September 2010 to 18th May 2011. Membership costs €60 per annum and €20 for the Toastmasters Education Pack. For this fee you get a welcome kit, Competent Communicator Manual and the monthly Toastmaster magazine. There is also a cover charge of €6 per meeting for room hire and refreshments.
